You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the accuracy of the records your team enters.

Acceptable Use

• Use the Service only for lawful kennel and pet-care operations.
• Do not enter information you do not have the right to store, including third-party personal data without consent.
• Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Respect the role-based permissions and access controls within your business.

Businesses & Teams

A business owner manages their business's settings, buildings, kennels, and team members. Owners are responsible for the team members they invite and the data created within their business.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the records and content you enter. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content as needed to operate the Service for you and your team.

Subscription & Fees

Some features may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing terms, and renewal are presented before you are charged. Paid subscriptions can be canceled at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Termination

You may delete your business account at any time from in-app settings, which permanently removes your business records. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create risk or legal exposure for us.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. You rely on it at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kennel Tech. and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised date and, for material changes, notify you through the app or by email.
