The app is designed for two types of users: business owners and team members. Owners can set up buildings and kennel runs, invite staff with a unique join code, manage notification preferences, and oversee every aspect of daily operations. Team members — the people doing the hands-on work — use the app to complete cleaning checklists, log feeding and activity notes, track special duties, and monitor which runs need attention. Owners can also grant selective management access to trusted team members, allowing them to add and edit dog records, update kennel statuses, and assign dogs to specific runs without full administrative privileges.

Key features include multi-building and multi-kennel tracking, individual dog profiles with owner contact details and care instructions, automated cleaning checklists tailored to each building and dog, special duty scheduling with flexible hourly, daily, or weekly recurrences, and a real-time activity log that captures every cleaning, feeding, check-in, and incident. When all occupied kennels in a building have been cleaned, the platform automatically notifies the right people so no one has to chase updates manually. Cleaning reports can be reviewed, printed, and archived for compliance and record-keeping.
