Business information: the business name, address, phone number, notification email(s), and invite codes you enter when setting up your facility.
Operational records: information you and your team enter while running your facility, including dog profiles (name, breed, owner name, owner phone, owner email, allergies, feeding schedule, behavior flags, and photos), kennel and building details, cleaning logs, feeding notes, special duties, and activity logs.
Usage data: standard device and usage information such as app interactions and timestamps, used to keep the Service reliable and improve features.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the Service, including storing and displaying your facility records.
- To send notifications you or your business configure, such as cleaning-complete and low-food alerts.
- To authenticate users and manage team access within your business.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Data Sharing
We do not sell your information. Records within a business are visible to the members of that business according to their assigned roles. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service (such as hosting, email delivery, and authentication), who are bound to protect it, or when required by law.
Data Retention & Deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your business account at any time from the in-app settings, which permanently removes your business records. You may also contact us to request deletion of your personal data.
Your Rights
You may access, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided. Dog and owner records are managed by the business owner and authorized team members within the app. For other requests, contact us using the details below.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including authenticated access controls and role-based permissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for professional kennel and pet-care operations and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
